We are a Gaming guild that is mainly based on the Arygos server for World of Warcraft however our members do enjoy other games as well. We also have a back up realm for when our normal server is down for maintenance so we don’t have to suffer withdraw symptoms. You can find us on Fizzcrank as well under the guild Burning Hearts.
Hearts of Fire was formed January 28 2008. The guild was formed in the hopes that members could log in and talk with other gamers in the hopes of distressing and forming a supportive community. Over time the bonds of friendship took hold and though we have seen members come and go we continue to welcome new members and help existing members in any way we can. We want to provide gamers with a stable helpful and fun environment together.
As Hearts of Fire matured we became more influential moving into the raiding community in March of 2008. Today we participate in many raids in WoW as well as many other in game events. It is our hope to fully man a 25 man raiding team for weekly runs. You can apply to join the guild by whispering any member of HoF and ask them to point you in the direction of a guild Officer.
Rumors are spreading like wildfire across Azeroth of a pair of twin mages and a gnome with green pigtails travel together returning after a year away from this part of the world. The trio have been traveling across the seas exploring new worlds and making new friends across Azeroth but finally they have set there sights on the familiar continent of the Eastern Kingdoms. News of there arrival is striking fear back into the hearts of Murlocs and horde alike. Armed only with the fire that burns in there hearts Rushelle, Vyvian, and Trilka are finally returning to the fight against the Lich King. Armed with only there blades magic and courage they forge there way ridding on there Mist Sabers through the horde infested regions of Azeroth cutting there way home to their family, Hearts of Fire. Trilka, Vyvian and Rushelle stand ready to assist the guild in any way they can, for in battle they were forged and in battle they stand and will bring glory and honor to the guild!
Due to recent events and simple burnout, Vyvian has stepped down as Guild Master. The new Guild Master will be Kranoth and his second will be Leighshae. Both our former Guild Second and one of our former Marshalls are very friendly and outgoing. Leighshae has recently been active in developing our lower level guild members and getting them ready for some of the end-game content. While we are not quite ready for serious raiding, many of our members are nearing this elusive goal once again.
We Marshalls regret the loss of Vyvian as he and his wife Rushelle have been steadfast leaders throughout many hard times within the guild; the most recent of which was the loss of our in-guild raiding players. Many of our former raiders left the guild and did so with bad feelings which were directed as a personal attack on Vyvian. This was clearly an immature thing to do and which caused great trouble in the heart of our former Guild Master.
With the change of guild management, we have recently promoted Aranor to a Marshall position. We Marshalls and other guild members welcome his contribution to the guild. Going forward from here, we certainly hope that we can provide a safe, friendly, and casual atmosphere for our guild members to enjoy during their gameplay.
Once again, Welcome our new Guild Master, Kranoth, and his second, Leighshae. We wish you both continued success as our newest guild leaders. Also, please welcome Aranor, our newest Guild Marshall. We look forward to fun times for all our members.
Hearts Of Fire had much to celebrate as two new Class Leaders were promoted this week. On 4/19/09 Class Leader Mikhailovich and Class Leader Icezin were promoted to Class Leaders of the Death knights and Hunters! There was much excitement as these two positions were filled. It has been a long 5 months since the release of WOTLK and we have been desperately looking to fill about 7 open CL positions. Now we have 2 less to worry about and the Hunters and Death knights couldn’t be better off. Without a doubt these two players will lead there classes through many raids. We look forward to see what the Hunters and Death knights can do now that they have there leaders in place.
This is not the only bit of officer related news though. A big announcment is coming in the upcoming meeting on 4/26/09 at 9pm in the Stormwind: Dwarven District meeting room. We look forward to seeing you there.
